Clearing Clutter

A cluttered mind is very bad and depresses and lowers ones energy levels. Clutter prevents the flow of Chi (energy) and needs to be cleared. While everyone is affected by events from their past, some people are affected to the point that it prevents them from moving ahead to the future. The trouble is our minds can get clogged up with negative thoughts from a range of sources.
To begin releasing those bags, start by simply saying to yourself, “I am letting go of all of these old burdens. I am ready and willing to let it go.” You don’t even need to know what the burdens are. When you begin releasing, you will feel lighter. Similarly when emotions come up for you to release, just experience the emotion and let it go. When you work continuously using subconscious mind power techniques, you begin to remove all these old and not supporting data and make a huge clean of your entire mental storehouse.
 You need to start clearing out the old stuff you are holding on to in order to make room for new things to flow into your life. The Water Meditation (seeMeditation Room) can be practised. Never assume or judge others. It’s important to love yourself thoroughly. Be grateful for the things you have. Laughter, yawning, crying, and even singing facilitates the expression of a variety of feelings. These natural exercises cleanse the body, mind and soul so that we can maintain a healthy balance.
