Gita Jayakumar runs fitness programs in Aerobics and Yoga (Vinyasa & Hatha). She also handles dietetics and nutrition, giving her students the best of both, workouts and healthy eating. Her classes cater to the mental, physical and spiritual fitness of her students. With classes offered both online and offline at the studio, Gita’s sessions are power-packed, each one differing from the other. Ensuring that her classes are chock-a-block with all things for healthy and wholesome lifestyle, her classes are a confluence of different forms of exercise, and incorporate Aerobics, High-Intensity Interval-Training, Kickboxing, Power Yoga and Conditioning.
